Hello, fellow bakers!

I have been baking gluten-free for almost 2-years. It has been a fantastic challenge to learn how to keep my bread from falling apart, what flour to use, and how to make fast gluten-free meals. If you are looking for an amateur who gets the struggle, you have come to the right place! 

My husband and I live in Idaho. We have a cuter-than-cute 6-month-old son who brightens every day. Besides baking, we like reading together, spending time outside, and serving in our church community, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
